Outagamie set for richest event
The most lucrative Late Model event in the history of Outagamie Speedway in Seymour, Wis., is coming up Friday with the $5,000-to-win Wayne Roffers Memorial, a race honoring the former racer and track supporter.
Late Models will run under the rules package of the Wabam Dirt Kings Tour with $2,000 going to the runner-up and $1,000 for third. The race's hard charger earns $500.
Pits open at 3:30 p.m., grandstands open at 5 p.m. and racing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
